Hi everyone,
This is our Good Friday service. It will take a more sombre tone as we remember and reflect on the death of Jesus our Lord.
The service will be simple, with a reading of the passion narrative and some hymns. The bulletin for the service can be found here. It will have the readings and the Psalm responses, as well as the hymn numbers out of the ELW. To experience the service more fully while online, you can dim the lights in your space, and have 7 lit candles, each going out as corresponding with the 7 candles in the worship space. The service itself will end in silence.
May the death of our Lord remind us of our need of repentance and forgiveness, graciously given to us by God who raised Jesus from the dead.
