Hi everyone,
Welcome to our Good Friday service, landing on March 29, 2024, starting at 7pm.
The bulletin for this service can be found here. This service will be a bit different from the regular Sunday services, in that there will be less singing and more contemplation and putting out candles. You’ll see the format and outline in the bulletin, or you can just follow along with the words on the screen.
If you’d like to participate more than just viewing, feel free to have 7 candles lit in your space with the lights dimmed, and you can blow out one of your candles every time a candle is extinguished during the service. The increasing darkness in your space represents the increasing shame and darkness that our Lord Jesus descended into on the cross.
